My OOTD's

Baggy blouses that cover my bottom have definitely been my go to top as I am the "awkward" pregnant stage. 
You can also find me in leggings/jeans and boots at my Monday/Friday office job. I especially love that my tops are longer when I am wearing leggings. It's not very appropriate to show off your tush in an office.  I'm excited to start showing a little more, I think a tighter shirt with a blazer will look adorable! I can't wait to show my bump off.

We went to Science World the other weekend and this is what Kinley wore:

Cravings/Morning Sickness

I haven't gotten Ace to get me Ben and Jerry's ice cream at 3 am yet, or craved anything odd such as pickles and ice cream or chalk! But I have been craving smoothies. 



For my smoothies I usually have:
-frozen berries
-greek yogurt
-banana
-milk/or water
-protein powder

I use a magic bullet ! YUM!

For the first few months I wasn't able to eat anything!! I was so sick, that I could barely keep my morning sickness pill (diclectin) and water down! 

The sickness isn't too bad now, I have only actually gotten sick once every couple weeks for the passed few months now. Which I am feeling EXTREMELY grateful for. With Kinley, I was sick every day all day, I lost 30 pounds in the first 3 months, it was awful!
Maybe that means I am having a boy? Who knows!


Weirdest places I have gotten sick:

Mall parking lot
Random streets
Parkade garbage can
Boarder crossing
Gas station sink! bleh! (the person before didn't flush and I didn't have time to spare)
Train station
EVERY bathroom near and around my work

Baby Names

Ace and I have decided not to find out if our sweet baby is a boy or a girl. So that means double the fun of having to pick out names! Not only do we need to decide on one name, but two! The boy name was easy. First we decided on Lennon, but then we fell in love with the name Cruz. We've now decided that Lennon would be suitable for a girl name.

 The girl names started out as:

-Harlow (still love it)
-Harper (was cut first)
-Paisley (getting to be extremely popular, and sounds like parsley!)
-Presley (still in the running! love love love it )
-Lennon

The things I always think about are what we would call the baby for short. Len, Pres. They have to sound good with Kin!

It's a good thing we have 6 months to decide on a name still. Then come the middle names.

Kinley's middle names are "Jane" and "Rose". Jane comes from my mother, and is also her dad, Tylor's, Grandma's middle name. Rose is my Great Grandma's name. Kinley was her first Great Great Grandchild! Pretty cool!

Welcome! A little about me

Hello! My name is Chantelle, but everyone calls me Chann. I am 22 years old living in Vancouver, BC.  I have a daughter named Kinley that will be turning 3
mid January. She is the light of my life and full of spunk! Her father and I are no longer together, but we are still good friends and we make it work for her.  I've been dating my boyfriend for a year and a half and we are expecting our first child May 15, 2014. Ace is absolutely phenomenal. He has taken Kinley on as his own and he is truly an amazing father. Anyone that knows him would vouch for that. The way they adore each other and the special bond they share makes me love him even more. 

Thing you can expect on my blog are:

- updates of my pregnancy and life, including weekly bump-dates 
- product suggestions
- outfit of the days
- anything thats been suggested. 

I can promise you there will never be a shortage of pictures, I'm slightly obssesed !

The reason I started a blog is because I think it will be a fun way to document this pregnancy, which I barely did with Kinley (and regret)
